Follow up inspection conducted. -High temperature dishwasher reached 71C during final rinse at the dish surface. -Hot holding unit is maintained at 60C -The hand sink at the front is installed. Hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel available. -Probe thermometer available on-site. -Updated Food Safety Plan and Sanitation plan, floor email is received. NOTE: -No cooking is allowed on-site. -soups will be reheated or induction stove and placed in hot holding unit. -Remove any equipment that is not required for facility. Health Approval to operate is granted. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other agencies.
