Observation: 1) The cover for the mounted soap dispenser at the hand sink by the dishwasher is missing.
2) The tap at this handsink is still dripping.
3) The cold water tap at the dump sink at the sandwich prep station in the front service area doesn't have very much water flow when it's fully turned on.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Replace the cover or the whole dispenser as discussed.
2) Fix the drip at the handsink by the dishwasher.
3) Increase the cold water flow at this tap.

- Freezers are below -18 degrees C
-Foods are hotheld above 60 degC or discarded after lunch rush.
- Dishwasher rinse was 78 degrees C at plate level
- 200 ppm Quats was available for sanitizing at each station.
- Hand sinks are fully equipped
-As per operator, all the foods in the salad bar and at the hot station that's not inside coolers/hotholding units are discarded after lunch rush.
