Corrective Action(s): 1 & 2: Increase frequency of cleaning so that all surfaces are visibly clean and free of dirt and debris.

Observation: Hot water unavailable or turned off at the designated hand sink. Sinks to be replaced. Staff are using the adjacent sink for hand washing as it was equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels in the interim.
Corrective Action(s): Replace/repair the designated hand sink so that there is always hot water.
Correct immediately.
