Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mouse droppings observed in the dry storage room (in corner with flour in plastic bins). One mouse observed in snap trap under shelving unit. Monthly pest control service done by Ecolab.
Corrective Action(s): Clean out mouse droppings and remove dead mouse. Notify pest control company of mouse activity and continue to monitor for new mouse activity in this area daily, cleaning up any new droppings that may appear and discard any contaminated food (if found). Due: today.
