Routine inspection: The 3-compartment sink had hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The high temperature dishwasher reached 73 C at the plate level (minimum 71 C is required). The residential cooler was < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Bleach sanitizer solution was tested at 100 ppm chlorine. No evidence of pests. Staff are FoodSafe certified. General sanitation was satisfactory.
