Paper based inspection Report #F00242160: Health permit posted in plain public view. Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) available at 200 ppm. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C. Prep line coolers registered 3-4 deg C. Display cooler 2-3 deg C. Line freezers at -10 deg C. Dipper well was in good working order. Temperature log was available. No sign of pests noted. General sanitation was good. However, some build up underneath shelves in the back area. Use some degreaser to remove build up. Note: all old Food Safe 1 certification expiring mid-2018. Ensure at least one person on duty have Food Safe 1 training (current). Mandatory for operator to have current FS1.
