Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # CQUY-C42PY6 of Jun-16-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: High-temp dishwasher is not achieving minimum rinse temperature of 71 Celsius for sanitizing of dishware. Correction: Adjust or repair the dishwasher as necessary to meet sanitizing temperature requirement of 71 Celsius or higher *All dishware must be manually sanitized by submerging in a 100ppm chlorine solution until dishwasher machine is able to meet minimum sanitizing temp requirements.
