Correction: Adjust or repair the dishwasher as necessary to meet sanitizing temperature requirement of 71 Celsius or higher
*All dishware must be manually sanitized by submerging in a 100ppm chlorine solution until dishwasher machine is able to meet minimum sanitizing temp requirements.
