-the pizza conveyor pans are full of cheese, meat and crust debris
-high temperature dishwasher detergent bottle empty, grease and food debris covering all interior surfaces
Corrective Action(s): -clean and sanitize the dough mixer after every use
-clean and sanitize the pizza conveyor trays on a daily basis
-replace the dishwasher detergent bottle, rewash all dishes
