Observation: -lack of liquid soap and liquid soap dispensing unit at 2 handsinks
-lack of paper towels & paper towel dispensing units at 3 hand sinks
-Obtain liquid soap & liquid soap dispensing units for all handsinks.
-Obtain Commercial Grade paper towel dispensing units for all hand sinks.
Domestic paper towel dispensing units are not acceptable for use in commercial kitchens as they break too easily & often are not suitable as they do not allow a "touchless" use.
-Obtain these items immediately

Observation: Handsink in the bar lacking soap and paper towel.
Correction: - This is REPEAT violation. Ensure to have liquid soap in a dispenser and single use disposable paper towels at all handsinks to facilitate frequent hand washing.
