Code 401 noted on Initial inspection # 253711 of Dec-29-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: -lack of liquid soap and liquid soap dispensing unit at 2 handsinks -lack of paper towels & paper towel dispensing units at 3 hand sinks -Obtain liquid soap & liquid soap dispensing units for all handsinks. -Obtain Commercial Grade paper towel dispensing units for all hand sinks. Domestic paper towel dispensing units are not acceptable for use in commercial kitchens as they break too easily & often are not suitable as they do not allow a "touchless" use. -Obtain these items immediately Correction: Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # KKIM-CCTU8S of Mar-24-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Handsink in the bar lacking soap and paper towel.
