Inspection includes: Meat Department, Seafood, Produce, Dairy, Bulk General sanitation is adequate 200 ppm quats sanitizer was available at all sinks and spray bottles tested. Dishwasher (bulk/fruit cutting) final rinse measure greater than 71C at dish surface. Handsinks were supplied with soap and paper towels. Did not observe any sign of pests/rodents.
