They are also required to be air dried properly. Corrective Action(s): New cups are on order and old worn out and scratched cups are to be discarded and not used Violation Score: 3

-Routine Inspection -Refrigeration measures 4C -Freezer measures -18C -Hot holding measure 60C -Quat sanitizer measure 200ppm -General sanitation is adequate -Well operated and maintained -Note: double check with facilities on the interior of the ice machines and how they are cleaned and sanitized according to manufacturer instructions -Note: inquire about hand washing practices for care aides and staff not under management of food service. One staff was observed to be entering the servery to serve food without first properly washing hands as a best practice. If care aide staff are involved with cleaning of the residents from filth or handling cleaning chemicals then a proper 20 second thorough hand washing is required as glove use does not replace proper hand washing.
