Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer measured less than 200 PPM residual in spray bottle.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure that sanitizer is maintained at 200 PPM quat residual at all times. Quat was manually mixed to produce a 200 PPM quat residual until service person can adjust or repair dispenser.

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder.
Walk in freezer and little fridge freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder.
Dishwasher is 82 degrees C at the plate surface during final rinse.
Hot and cold running water with liquid soap and paper towel.
Ensure that temperature logs are being filled out daily.
General sanitation is overall good.
