Comments

- Services provided: Manicure, Pedicure, Massage, Waxing, Facials/Hair Removal and Cold Laser.
-> Days of work: Tuesday - Saturday.

- Disinfection:
- High Level Disinfection: (Nippers/cutters, etc.)
- All implements are to be washed (scrubbed with soap and water) prior to disinfection.
- Accel CS-20 utilized for high level disinfection!
* Follow manufacturers directions! (Note: "undiluted" and contact times)
* Expiration dates to be monitored.
- Intermediate Level Disinfection:
- PreEmpt RTU on site.
- Footbaths: Liners are being used. (ie: Accell TB/Accell RTU/chlorine)
- Basins are to be cleaned routinely. (Follow guideline for dilution: 1 part bleach to 49 parts water/20 ml chlorine per 980 ml of water.)
- Wands (equipment) are cleaned and disnfected with 70 % isopropyl alcohol.

- Equipment: MDAll approved equipment on site. Any/all machines are required to be approved for use in Canada. Documents are required to be on site.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Sanitation: Ok.
- Over the counter after treatments provided. No prescription items provided.
- Eyewear: Cotton gauze provides buffer between the eyes and the goggles.
- Ensure hands are washed prior to treatments. (clients/service providers.) Nails are to be examined for infection prior to service.
- Pre treatment/post treatment skin care discussed.
- Single use items utilized. (nail files, tongue depressors, etc)
- Laundry services are off site. Ensure all items (towels/linen) are washed after each client. Recommend hot water wash and a hot dry cycle. Bed liners to be changed after each client.
- No Credo blades being used.
