-High temperature dishwasher at each station in good working order; detected min 71 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
-Bleach sanitizer available at all stations; detected 200 ppm of residual chlorine

*When inquired about cleaning and sanitizing of large cutting board that does not fit into the dishwasher, staff provided adequate response saying it is taken to the three compartment sink for washing and sanitizing.
