Knife holder has been removed and to keep all knives in a clean and sanitized labelled drawer. New probe thermometers have been placed at each station with a weekly calibration log placed on wall at each station. Manager to add "use a clean and sanitized thermometer" in procedures before use. Meeting planned to discuss acquiring a pest control company for kitchen. This is strongly recommended to be proactive.
