Follow up to initial inspection Equipment is now in place substantially as per approved plans + specifications. Single door stainless reach in cooler (3C) and single door stainless reach in freezer (-18C) in place at back of premises. Chest freezer in place at corner by work top cooler. This is a change from the planned reach in freezer due to space/access constraints. No concern with this change. Splash guards are now in place at warewashing sink. Domestic fridge/freezer remains at back of premises. Operator to use for storage of pickle + green onions (toppings). No concers at this time. * Operator to submit updated layout to show/label minor changes. Operator to pay health permit fee by calling Health Protection Billing Department. Fee to be paid is $12.50 for March 2022 and $150.00 for April 2022 to March 31 2023. Once health permit fee is paid, Operator has health approval to operate food service establishment Ensure health operating permit is posted in a location visible to the public once received.
