Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on June 5, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BCUSQN). The following observations were made: Bottom compartment of prep cooler is now at 3C. You may now use it to store potentially hazardous foods such as pizza toppings All sauces requiring refrigeration (e.g. alfredo sauce) is now in the cooler - good Reminder: The area behind the hand sink still needs to be re-grouted by July 6, 2019
