dishwasher had no sanitizer being dispensed. Operator called service tech and it was corrected same day. line was primed for 3 minutes to draw sanitizer into system. No other concerns. general sanitation is satisfactory coolers at 4C \freezers at -18C floors is clean hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels
