- Routine inspection conducted.
- Front hand sink was properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels. Ensure ALL hand sinks are properly supplied at all times (see violation code 401 above).
- Coolers measured 4C or colder.
- Freezer measured -18C or colder.
- No hot-holding at time of inspection.
- Good food storage practices noted (all food stored off the floor, covered and protected from contamination).
- Sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm (QUATS).
- Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary condition.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Pest control is in place.
- Operator has retaken FoodSafe level 1 (previously expired). Certificate available onsite.
