General Comments : - Coolers are below 4c ( Walk-in, prep & bar ) . - Freezer at BOH is at -18c - Hand sinks + washroom sinks are fully equipped . - 200ppm bleach sanitizer available in a spray bottle at BOH. - Dishwasher rinse Temperature is 74c at plate level. - Updated FSP + SP submitted . - Shelving has been installed above the 2 - compartment sink . - Broken Floor tile has been sealed Start recording Cooler + hotholding temperatures in a logsheet daily.
