dishwasher sanitizer is being dispensed out of machine however it is not being detected on test strips. This may be due to another chemical like rinse aid being dispensed at the same time there by negating the sanitizer by either washing it off plates or deactivating it through a chemical reaction. Please make sure all items washed through dishwasher are manually sanitized until this issue is rectified. Sanitizer should always be the last cycle of the dishwasher to be able to detect a residual sanitizer on the plates/utensils. no other concerns at this time.
