-Upright cooler was at 4C. -Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 3C/-13C. -Under counter freezer was at -17C. -No foods were being cooked for today's menu. -Cold holding units equipped with thermometers and temperatures checked and recorded daily. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
