Drain plug unavailable to proper fill up sanitizer sink. Correction: Immediately provide drain plug. Retrain staff to proper two compartment warewashing method, including the sanitizing step.

Operator stated that they will be using a communal mop sink for grey water. - Ice machine in clean condition. Ice machine will be deep cleaned once a month. - No liquor stored inside the store. - FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. - No further actions required.
