Repackaging is done on site. - Handsink is fully equipped. - Freezer at -22C. - 2 compartment sinks are available and drain plugs available for manual dishwashing. - Bleach sanitizer was made at the time of inspection - measured at 200ppm. - Food items are well covered. - No basement storage locker as per the staff on duty. - Ensure the ginseng grinder is dismantled and cleaned on regular basis.
