Garden Room
General Observations:
Display cooler temperature is 3 degC
200ppm Quats is available for sanitizing
Dishwasher rinse has 50ppm chlorine
Hand-sink's fully equipped
Food's prepared in the main kitchen and brought out to the Garden Room for serving. Foods are transported hot (above 60 degC) and transferred into preheated hot-holding units. Temperature of the food is checked in the kitchen then by staff when it arrives in the Garden Room. Any leftovers are cooled then discarded. No hot-holding was being done at the time of the inspection.
No signs of pest activity
General sanitation is good
Temperature log's being maintained except for today. ENSURE STAFF ARE RECORDING COOLER/HOT HOLDING TEMPERATURES DAILY.

Mountain View Dining Room
General Observations:
Chest freezer's at -21 degC
Frigidaire cooler's at 3 degC
200ppm Quats is available for sanitizing
Dishwasher rinse has 50 ppm Chlorine
Hand-sink's fully equipped
Food's prepared and brought in from the main kitchen as well. This room serves lunch and dinner only (no breakfast). No hot-holding was being done at the time of the inspection.
No signs of pest activity
