Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AXJUNV: Yogurt obtained from approved source - Nanak brand, best before date May 12, 2018. Cooked rice observed being cooled on shallow pan at time of inspection. 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use in both front and back areas. Hand sink by dishwashing area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Better organization in the walk in freezer. Reminder to store all food products off the floor. Back loading bay area cleaned and organized. Front area domestic freezer defrosted. As discussed in the past inspection monitor and record temperatures of all coolers, freezers, and hot holding. Have records available for review at all times. Back kitchen to be split in half to provide separation between food prepared for Kwantlen Pizza and pending proposal to BCCDC to obtain a dairy plant license. Provided an updated floor plan to your district environmental health officer.
