Routine inspection: 2, 2 compartment sinks available for manual warewashing. Placard on manual warewashing procedures in place. Liquid soap and paper towels available for use. Reminder: when kitchen is in operation for preparing meals for the Nightshift Ministries (once a month) a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is required. Dilute 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Sandwiches prepared and stored in cooler at or below 4 degrees C prior to delivery. Soup is prepared fresh on day of, left on stove at or above 60 degrees C prior to delivery. 2 door cooler at 4 degrees C. Accurate indicating thermometer in place. General sanitation is good.
