Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Right soft serve dispenser - hose lines interior discoloured, manager explained machine has not been cleaned and sanitized recently according to Sanitation Plan schedule.
Correction: Turn of machine, discard food product and conduct a full cleaning and sanitizing procedure for machine and food feeder lines.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Center handwashing station - liquid soap dispenser has been removed.
Correction: Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser.

Re-install liquid soap dispenser.
Comments

Food containers not observed stored in mop sink.

Ensure dented cans are not used and discarded or returned to supplier.

Right soft serve machine - empty and not in use, food lines empty and in a sanitary condition. Ensure scheduled cleaning and sanitizing is always conducted for soft serve machines.

Back kitchen area - floor is dry

Walk-in cooler compressor fan covers are clean.

Dry storage room - 2 new wire shelving units provided and inventory is well organized off the floor.

3 compartment sink plumbing leak has been repaired.

Centre handwashing station - hand soap dispenser has been re-installed to allow for convenient access to handwashing facilities.
