Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer spray bottle has no detectable sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure Quats sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm to properly sanitizer equipment and food contact surfaces. Sanitizer was prepared at 200ppm at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Ice beverage machine was less than 4C. Machine is left on chill at night and is cleaned and sanitized once it is emptied. Machine is returned to supplied after summer for maintenance
-Dairy/Sandwich cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy creamer kept on ice
-Upright freezer was at -21C.
-Chest freezer was at -20C.
-Random selection of foods (canned foods and sandwiches) were found to be within their best before dates.
-Foods and non-food items properly separated.
-Canned items were in good condition.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
