-Follow-up inspection to student inspection conducted on August 7, 2020. -Sanitizer pails were at 200pm. -Food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered. Raw eggs were stored at the lowest level. -Under counter cooler was serviced and was at 4C. Continue to monitor cooler and service as needed. -Light fixture in the walk-in cooler covered in a shatter resistant sleeve. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
