Follow-up inspection conducted. The following observations were noted during the inspection: Defrost cycle timer was initially miscalibrated. This has been adjusted and cooler was able to maintain 4C or less throughout the inspection Operator states that hot water elements have been changed in the hot water tank. Hot water supply was adequate to supply water at >45C for all three sinks, with hot water remaining for hand washing (>38C) and for the high-temperature dishwasher (measured at 72C at final rinse cycle). All hand wash sinks were in good working order Thank you for your co-operation.
