Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection quats concentration in spray bottle 50-100ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled the bottle with 200ppm quats dispensed from the back 3 compartment sink chemical dispensing station. Ensure a 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is available for use at all times to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observation: No staff on duty has FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Store manager's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate expired on July 29, 2018.
