Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in spray bottle measured 0 PPM quat residual and bottle of sanitizer at dispenser was missing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that sanitizer is maintained at 200 PPM Quat residual. Missing sanitizer bottle was replaced and primed. Sanitizer then measured 200 PPM quat at dispenser.
