Cooler at 3.2 C.
Small counter top cooler (beverages) at 4 C.
Fish from an approved supplied company (Invoices - available).
Sanitizer/Bleach in the bucket with a wiping cloth - available.
3-compartment sink - satisfactory.

Note: A high temperature dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure that the dishwasher at list 71C.
