- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels - Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius - Freezer temperatures are satisfactory - Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200ppm concentration (Q10) - Chlorine bleach available at 3-compartment sink - Minor cleaning needed around floor/wall junctions around kitchen perimeter-->Schedule ASAP - No pest activity observed during inspection * Discussed odour (sewer gas smell) near the 3-compartment sink and grease trap. Noted 2 old sanitary stacks (pipes) with uncapped openings. Suggest plugging/sealing the 2 openings to determine if odour is originating from the openings.
