Paper based inspection Report #252737: Met with Steve B., head brewer, and discussed the future proposal for FE-1 requirement. Works hours from 11 am. *Submit the following: - health application (completed) - floor plan (highlighting preparation area) - Food Safety Plan/ Sanitation Plan - FoodSafe 1 training (operator/manager) **Provided application package to Head Brewer. Observations: *Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. *Bleach sanitizer was too high. Keep bleach solution @ 100 ppm (1/2 capful of bleach in spray bottle filled with water). *Pre-packaged, non-potentially hazardous foods available for purchase. *Pest control in place. *Dishwasher reached 71.3 deg C @ plate surface. *Washroom in sanitary condition. *General sanitation in satisfactory condition.
