Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed knives, cheese cutters, scissors by the front display cooler stored in between wooden prep tables and cooler where it is very difficult to clean.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove the items from where they are stored, clean and sanitize then have them stored in a clean container or on knife hangers
