Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fruit slicing blade was found to have fruit debris on it.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Equipment washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation: Bottle of clear solution was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all spray bottles and containers are labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of solution. Once labels wear off/fade, containers must be relabelled.

Comments

-Both under counter coolers were at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 3C.
-Yogurt stored on ice at 3C.
-Both upright freezers were less than -18C.
-Ice cream chest freezer was at -13C.
-Thermometers present in cold holding units. Temperatures are checked and recorded 3 times daily - records for this morning not completed).
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Sink set-up with 200ppm Quats sanitizer
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in an insert on top of ice machine
-Blender containers cleaned and sanitized after each order.
-Cutting boards sanitized at least every 2 hours.
-Juicer cleaned and sanitized at least every 2 hours.
-Ice cream scoops stored in hot dipper well (greater than 60C).
-Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination. Scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Staff member had valid FoodSafe Level 1 (April 02, 2024).
-Health Permit hand delivered to facility. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location
