Corrective Action(s): Facility requires screen. Back kitchen is too hot for staff so they are continuously opening door. Screen door needs to be installed to prevent the entry of flies into the establishment. IMMEDIATELY - This item has been discussed on previous inspections . Violation Score: 3

Discussion with owner on site: - Screen door - Dishwasher installation requires new plumber and facility requires addition of hot water tank to accommodate new dishwasher unit. - Flooring still undergoing quotes. Old floors to be removed and new surface material to be added ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Installation of screen door - IMMEDIATELY - Installation of dishwasher and Hot water tank - One month - Installation of flooring/repair of flooring - 6 months ***NOTE: Ensure FHA is kept up to date with respect to progress of renovation work at facility.
