Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
Deli walk-in cooler, deli display case and under counter prep-coolers were less than 4C.
Temperature logs maintained for coolers, hot case, and cooking temperatures
Standup freezer at -18C.
Internal temperature of hot foods in the closed and open display cases were at least 60C internally.
Quats dispenser were at 400ppm. Concentration of quats can be lower to a level between 200ppm to 400ppm.
Quats test strips available.
Retail cheese cooler was at 4C.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Both of the 3-compartment sinks were satisfactory.
Hand washing stations available.
