-Two compartment sink- one is being used as hand washing sink-paper towel and liquid soap is available - Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory -General sanitation is satisfactory -Prepackaged/repacked products have label and packed on date **Sanitizer in spray bottle with label was too strong- fixed at time of visit. Ensure to check with test strip to ensure it is 100 ppm Noted temp log sheet and log sheet re: rodent signs checked by staff for each section- good
