Corrective Action(s): Adjust or repair unit so that it maintains 4 C or colder by tomorrow (15th February 2018). Call for reinspection once fixed.

Comments

*Walk-in cooler has been serviced. Ambient internal temperature measured at approximately 1 C during inspection. Food can now be safely stored in this unit.
*Mildew has been removed from ice machine. Continue to ensure this is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
*Note: ensure temperature logs are started for all coolers and freezers in the kitchen. Include dishwasher sanitizer concentration tests (and temperature record for high-temp dishwasher in lounge kitchen) in records.
*Follow-up inspection required for dessert (glass door) cooler.
*Ensure remainder of issues listed in last report are addressed by dates indicated in that report.
