Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Final Iodine concentration in dishwasher was between 0-12.5ppm. Directions on bottle of iodine state that 1oz concentrate must be used with 5 gallons water to achieve minimum required concentration. No test strips available on site for testing.
Corrective Action(s): Follow manufacturer's instructions to ensure that the minimum concentration of iodine is met.
Also purchase test strips to monitor concentration. Due: 1 week.

√ Two compartment sink stocked
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is very good
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
