- Walk in cooler noted at 3.6 Degrees Celsius - Hot holding unit adequate. Unit's dial noted at highest setting - Curry 80 Degrees Celsius - Rice 60 Degrees Celsius - Fruit fly problem still existed. Operator purchased sticky traps during inspection and installed it. Do not use any insecticide sprays on food prep area. - Rodent droppings under the up-right freezer and dry food storage shelves were not cleaned. Clean the droppings as we discussed on July 11th inspection. Re-inspection will be conducted on July 13th , 2018
