Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One dry storage bin lacked a lid in the front service area.
Corrective Action(s): Staff member had an extra storage bin with a lid for the topping on-site and replaced it with a bin that had a lid intact.

Permit to operate was posted.
Staff member on shift had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 training (had a temporary certificate for a FOODSAFE Level 1 course completed in January 2018).
Handsinks in the front service area and back food storage/ware-washing area were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Handsinks in both washrooms were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and air dryers.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in a bucket with a wiping cloth in the front service area and in the third compartment sink.
Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Only single-service utensils are used on-site.
