- Premises is a Cold and Frozen Storage facility only. No food processing, handling, or packaging onsite.

- Walk-In Cooler: 2 deg C
- Walk-In Freezer: -18 deg C
- Temperature monitoring records maintained. Temperatures are taken every 15 minutes electronically and recorded.
- Both units are monitored and alarmed 24 hours/ day. Alarm sets off if cooler temperature rises ≥10 deg C and if freezer temperature rises ≥-15 deg C.
- Temperature records maintained for shipping and receiving (carrier and product temperatures are recorded).
- Monthly pest control services provided by Orkin. Pest control reports from May-July 2017 reviewed.
- Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company.
- Please address gap between bay door frame rails and actual door as noted by your pest control company. Seal all gaps/ holes to prevent potential pest entry.
