Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed dishware being washed in 3-compartment sink. No sanitizer in third compartment. Operator added bleach to the water to achieve the required 100 ppm of bleach (1/2 teaspoon of bleach per 1 L of water)

Follow-up inspection conducted based on violations observed on March 19, 2019:
Sanitizer is mixed up and wiping cloths soaking inside at 100 ppm
Hanging curtains were washed
Coolers/freezers were wiped down
Permit has been replaced with valid permit and decal in the frame
Discussed FOODSAFE requirement. The FoodSafe certificate on site belongs to the operator's son and was taken in 2007. Both operators must take the course. The certificates expire every 5 years but can be renewed online prior to the 5-year mark.
