Cleanliness of the kitchen has significantly improved - thank you for all your hard work. Be sure to maintain the kitchen at this standard if not better.
All items identified in previous inspection have been addressed
Discussed updating sanitation plan with assistant manager - new list has been prepared based on recent cleaning. ensure frequency of each task is often enough that the kitchen is maintained in a sanitary condition.
** Work on grill area - increase cleaning of this area to several times daily to ensure the grease is kept to a minimum.
