Corrective Action(s): All food must be store 6" or 15 cm off of the floor to assist in cleaning, monitoring for pests and to prevent food from being contaminated if there were a flood or sewage back up.

Observation: Found a few mice or chipmunk dropping under dry storage racks, under and on shelf by 2 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Wash and sanitize areas to remove droppings, continue to monitor for new activity. Traps are present at time of inspection.
2. Check weather stripping on doors to ensure in good condition.
3. Remind guest to be mindful of wild life, and to keep doors closed as much as possible.

- Wiping rags were in 200 ppm chlorine, do not add soap at the same time
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm quat
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 76 C at the plate and 84 C at the gauge.
