Observation:

- High temp dishwasher 72.5C at plate during final rinse
- Cloth sanitizer buckets measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Fridges and walk-in cooler at 4C or colder
- Freezers and walk-in freezer at -18C or colder
- Ensure broth/soup is stored in food grade buckets
- No sign of pest activity at time of inspection
- Rice being hot held at 60C or hotter
- Handsinks maintained with liquid soap and paper towels
- Front cooler and fridge measured at 4C or colder
- Ice machine has slight film build up on right side, clean and disinfect area
- Washroom maintained with liquid soap and paper towels
